Jump new suit or new suit in 5 level is asking bid—over preemptive opening

Example 3♠-5♣, 3♦-4♥, 4♠-5♥, 4♥-5♦
• Step 1 = two quick losers (xx, Jx, qx)

• Step 2 = singleton

• Step 3 = holding Ace
• Step 4 = holding AK or AQ

• Step 5 = Void

• Nearest NT = holding King
